• Each document is both paperless or printable.
• “How-To” instructions are on Page 1 of each one in big red box.
• After you fill and return a Contract to us, we email you our private online payment link for the Retainer, which locks in your date/time with us! Yay! 

Cancellation or Rescheduling Policies:

• First reschedule is FREE;  2nd and other reschedules are $100/each.
• Reschedules due to poor weather are always free.
• Retainer is always non-refundable. At request, money paid above the Retainer are refunded asap.
• In case of cancellation, the non-refundable Retainer becomes a non-transferable Credit to the payer within 36 months (3 years) from Cancellation Date, not from event date.
• Credit can go toward a Photography session or another ceremony later (we serve 75+ locations).
