Reverend David Sears is also a Reiki Master Teacher, a father, a Great Life coach, a talented flute musician, a voracious reader, spiritual researcher and has been a lover of the Great Outdoors since boyhood.

A musician, David played french horn and a baritone horn in high school band in the 1970's. Later in life he picked up the wooden flute under the tutilage of Shaman Nella Silverspear, a popular flutemaker and recording artist. Wooden flutes are played intuitively, by feel and by heart, and David excels at both. See video links below!

Serving in the U. S. Air Force, David lived and travelled abroad for years to Europe, the Middle East and the Pacific Rim island nations. This globetrotting led him to the profound understanding that all people seek out basically the same things (please feel free to ask what that is). Later in 1990, David came to North Carolina to do aircraft avionics for over 20 years at TIMCO and to raise his lovely daughter, Nicole, now a graduate of East Carolina University and working in DC.

While David enjoys marrying people as Executive Pastor for a national, non-denominational spiritual organization, LEWA (www.networkthelight.net), he is also a student of the martial art Aikido, talented on the Native American wooden flute and drum, a certified Great Life Coach and teaches Reiki with Margo for Kneaded Energy School of Massage. The Padre finds much inspiration in his spiritual seeking, being Present, in his animal tracking, in reading books, in romancing his soulmate, walking in the woods with their cat Loki, and the occasional expensive cigar.
