Pastor Margo is also a professional photographer, former English professor, Reiki Master Teacher, certified Great Life coach, published author, spiritual leader, fine artist and a lover of dark chocolate, animals, salty humor, Facebook, and Asian food.

Since 2003, Margo certified over 320 Reiki students (110+ of them to Master levels) nationwide and locally, with her husband, best friend and soulmate, David. She is also a mentor, certified Great Life Coach, journalist, and taught college English in North Carolina and Japan. In 2004, Margo's students and colleagues adamantly begged her to found a national, non-profit, non-denominational spiritual organization for them. So she did. Also she has done professional photography and photo restoration/enhancement since 2005, and amateur shooting for decades. Her family has several influential photographers: her father was a professional photographer and art teacher in Italy and the U.S. Her uncle, David M. Spear, is a nationally famous photographer with works hanging in the Guggenheim and the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Another uncle is a professor of journalism and photo at the University of Richmond, VA. Her grandparents were lifetime newspaper editors, international photographers and writers.
