Two Ultimate Brentwood Packages

Both packages include an ultimate deluxe Ceremony plus French gourmet Reception Dinner for 10 people (you may add up to 100 more people for a fee) at the delicious and lovely Brentwood Restaurant:

• Prime Season (between May 27 and September 5 for 10ppl) $2100
• Off-Season (between September 6 and May 25 for 10 ppl) $1950
  Additional guests’ fees for more than 10 people:
• Ages 12 - adult = Prime Season $75/ea; Off-Season $60/ea
• Children ages 3-11 = Prime Season $30/ea; Off-Season $25/ea
• Babies under 2 yrs = free

Retainer: $1050 (will be adjusted if more than 10 people). Retainer is deducted from grand total.
Balance due 30 days prior to wedding date.

• FRENCH GOURMET RECEPTION DINNER
  Dinner by Iron Chef winner, Chef Eric Masson, at historic Brentwood Restaurant and Wine Bistro in Little River SC, for 10+ people for 3 hours. Magnifique! This basic gourmet dinner includes hors d’oeuvres, salad, your choice of filet mignon/ poultry/ fish entree (consider elegant upgrades: delicious lobster, scallops, grouper, veal, lamb), choice of vegetable side, coffee/tea/soft drinks/water.Package fee includes taxes, gratuities, private dining room with fireplaces, chandelier, white table linens and historic restaurant decor (floral decor available with our florist or Brentwood’s florist). Child’s menu or vegetarian/ gluten-free/ dairy-free menus available, too. Regular dining rooms which seat up to 22 people also included, however larger groups require additional fee for the largest room or The Garden Pavilion outside. Popular upgrades from this basic dinner package are: champagne toast, wine/ alcohol drinks, seafood hors d’oeuvres, grouper, lobster, veal, lamb, wedding cake/dessert, or a rehearsal dinner with a different menu.

• PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER FOR 90 MINS BY MARGO ROSS SEARS
  Margo is a reliable and talented journalistic photographer with years of experience as a professional artist and wedding photographer. You get 2 sets of images (print sized + sharing sized) on USB flashdrive mailed to you, edited for light and color balance & letter of permission to print.
• up to 90 minutes shooting time and 150+ images with basic editing.
• Additional time/images, for second hour & beyond, add $200 per 60 minutes & 50+ edited images.
• Additional editing (teeth whitening, blemish and scar removal, boost sky colors, etc), add $50.
• CEREMONY ON THE BEACH
  On the sand, or the lawn or gazebo at The Brentwood or indoors if available, or anywhere else at your choice of Sunset Beach, Ocean Isle Beach, Cherry Grove or North Myrtle Beach (other locations available with additional travel fee).

• UNIQUE SAND CEREMONY
  We supply everything-sand from under your feet is used with a seashell!–include guests, family or just the couple. We gather the sand, impart optional blessings on it, you pour it with the shell, and you keep the pretty glass heart bottle of local sand.
• 6 BAMBOO TIKI TORCHES WITH SILK FLOWERS
  Since open-flame is prohibited on these beaches, we set up 6 torches with flame-colored flowers and ribbons in them. **this is EXCLUSIVE to this package and not available anywhere else!**
• CELTIC STONE TOSSING (optional)
  Releasing the old ceremony! Everyone throws 3 stones into the waves with 3 Blessings spoken while each stone is thrown.
• IN-LAWS/ GUESTS/ CHILDREN’S VOWS (optional)
  Your kids, or In-Laws or Everyone says “I do” in support of your marriage or of accepting their new family member!
• MEMORIAL (optional)

• SHELLS & SAND ART HEART
  We groom & imprint the sand by hand into a heart-shape bordered with several seashells, plus hang the colorful Triton shell horn on a cast-iron hook to one side. Couple stands inside the heart as sacred space.
• CEREMONY PRINTED
  A keepsake for you on certificate paper, with pretty art graphics, in a clear plastic binder.
• LICENSE FILING
  After the ceremony, Officiant manages your witnesses signing, then files your marriage license with the issuing court.
• TRITON / CONCH SHELL HORN ANNOUNCEMENT
  Herald blown by minister/officiant at the conclusion of ceremony. A unique herald of your new marriage in an ancient maritime tradition, instead of the usual wedding bells or trumpets!
• MUSIC
  Your choice of song selections on our 40w PA system (or play your cellphone or ipod playlist) -OR- if he is available, David’s Native American style wooden flute live serenade.
• FRESH FLOWER BOUQUET
  Gorgeously designed by a professional florist to match your dress, preferences and colors (optional matching bridesmaid bouquets/ boutonnieres/ corsages available for purchase too).
• FRESH FLOWER BOUTONNIERE
  for the groom designed to match the bridal bouquet.
• MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE
  A lovely keepsake on certificate paper with a gold foil seal and notched corners, signatures, and suitable for framing.
• SWEET HONEYMOON BASKET
  We hand assemble this: Champagne/red or white wine, or non-alcoholic sparkling juice; corkscrew (if needed); and two glass flutes to keep; your choice of Godiva™ dark, milk, or white chocolate; saltwater taffy; a keepsake wall certificate; handcrafted-by-Margo kissing-moon honey-based soap; a real Carolina Whelk seashell; candle in a glass jar; wooden matches; all in a colorfully decorated basket with a fluffy bow!
• BASKET UPGRADE 1-all of original Honeymoon basket, BUT substitute all 3 Godiva chocolate bar flavors, and a finer drink and fancier basket decor with candle, matches, soap and whelk shell: add $25 (MUST order this upgrade at least 1 week in advance)
• BASKET UPGRADE 2– upscale larger, fancier basket, premium Godiva gold-box chocolate truffles box in all flavors, your choice of finer wine or 2 non-alc’s, 2 soaps, finer candle, matches, romantic and beach-y souvenirs, more NICE seashells, fine glass flutes, plus fanciest basket decor: add $45 (MUST order this upgrade at least 3 weeks in advance)

When available, we serve 75+ other beaches and locations with a travel fee of $25 & up. HOWEVER it is not encouraged for Brentwood packages, due to long distance for guests to drive to reception.
