MINISTER / OFFICIANT: Our unique, caring, professional non-denominational officiating service, depending on who is available and your preference. Includes our unique sand ceremony with keepsake heart-shaped glass bottle and cork, all consultations, emails and phone calls, your choice of customized vows, your dress code, the ceremony printed on keepsake paper in a binder, filing of your marriage license afterward, sand art heart decoration, Triton conch shell horn blowing by minister (also called “Neptune’s Nuptials” package):

Sand Heart Art & Shell Horn Blowing by Minister: FREE with every ceremony! We create a sacred space for the couple to stand in-we groom the sand, draw a large heart, imprint designs, and outline it in seashells. At the end of the ceremony, minister blows the Hawaiian Triton shell! Free

PHOTOGRAPHY: includes shooting AND images mailed to you on a USB flashdrive, printable for life. Our Margo Sears is great at capturing the emotions and unique moments of your day. Since she has a journalistic photo style, and is a graphic artist, Margo also makes a Slideshow video or a Flipbook of your photos to tell your Wedding Story to others! See samples here!

ADD ARTISTIC EDITS: Click here for examples, like correcting blemishes, improve cosmetics (whiten teeth & eyes, define eyes, reduce wrinkles & spots, smooth hair, improve lips, cheeks & haircolor, portrait lighting added), replace missing teeth, popular isolated color-on-black-n-white (flowers are color, rest of picture is b & w), create sepia or dramatic all black-n-white copies, boost sunrise/sunset sky colors, boost flowers & clothes colors, white/dreamy/soft vignette (misty fog surrounding edges), subtle dark or color vignettes (at edges-puts focus in center), blur out distracting backgrounds, ultra-sharp focus for dramatic effects (for b & w or trash-the-dress splashes), convert to abstract oil painting, and combinations of these effects too. Suggested locations: Vereen Gardens & Intracoastal Waterway, Sunset Town Park at the intracoastal waterway, Old Bridge/New Bridge Park, The historic Brentwood lawn, on the Beach or under pier, your hotel or B&B lawn, golf course or country club lawn between OIB and North Myrtle. Further locations have travel fee. $100 retainer, balance due on shoot date.

TRAVEL FEE: NO travel fee for Ocean Isle Beach NC, Sunset Beach NC, Cherry Grove SC, North Myrtle Beach SC. Below are round-trip fee for each trip to ceremony (and to rehearsal, if applies). Please understand, when we travel far we cannot perform other weddings that day, so this fee covers more than gasoline and vehicle:

MIC & 40w PA SYSTEM for Rent: We setup & breakdown our portable, self-contained, 40-watt portable speaker and amplifier which had 1 wireless mic and ipod/cellphone hookup, on a stand. Recommended for 40 or less guests so all may hear the ceremony. $50

LIVE FLUTE SERENADE: David plays the Native American cedarwood & crystal Love Flute (or the White Nature Flute in wet weather) at whatever point you wish, such as groom entrance, bride entrance, guests seating, etc. $30

FRESH FLOWER, PROFESSIONAL, BRIDAL BOUQUET: Round-shaped, gorgeously designed by your dress, preferences and colors from a professional florist, with a hand-tied ribbon handle, and optional floral accents such as rhinestones, shells or ostrich curl feathers, tax and delivery included. $100 and up.

MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE: Our popular, lovely keepsake professionally printed on certificate paper with an embossed golden foil seal and notched corners, suitable for framing. $10

SWEET HONEYMOON BASKET: champagne (or red/white wine or sparkling grape juice—your choice) with two glass flutes, corkscrew, a large ,Candle in a glass jar; wooden matches; handcrafted-by-Margo honey-scented kissing-moon honeybase soap; a real Carolina whelk seashell; your choice of Godiva dark, milk, or white fine chocolate; Keepsake Marriage Certificate; in a pretty basket with a fluffy bow, hand delivered. $45

TYING THE KNOT: Using nice rope, each ties your half of a simple fisherman’s knot (we show you how) on a pretty rope, we thread them together, bless it all, then together you pull the 2 half-knots tight into One whole knot! Nice in a shadow box display. We supply rope. $20

REHEARSAL: Minister attends rehearsal. Must be scheduled outside of sunset times & weekends in April – October, and has additional travel fee, if location already has travel fee. $100 + travel fee, if applies

WISHING STONES TOSS: Everyone is given 3 small stones and invited to the water’s edge, the officiant instructs everyone to make 3 wishes (for self, couple, world), 3 throws into the ocean, then everyone cheers! We supply clean stones. $20

FRENCH GOURMET RECEPTION DINNER: by an Iron Chef winner, Eric Masson, at historic Brentwood Restaurant and Wine Bistro in Little River SC, for 10+ people for 3 hours. Magnifique! This basic gourmet dinner includes hor d’oeuvres, salad, your choice of filet mignon/poultry/fish entree (consider elegant upgrades: delicious lobster, scallops, grouper, veal, or lamb), choice of vegetable side, coffee/tea/soft drink/water. Includes taxes, gratuities, PRIVATE DINING ROOM with fireplaces, chandeliers, white table LINENS and historic restaurant decor (floral decor available with our florist or Brentwood’s florist) Child’s menu, vegetarian or gluten-free menus available. Regular dining rooms seat up to 22 people included, however larger groups require additional fee for largest room or The Garden Pavilion (more info available from Chef Eric). Popular upgrades from this basic package are: champagne toast, alcohol drinks, lobster, escargot, oysters, veal, wedding cake/dessert, rehearsal dinner. $750/off-season & $900/prime-season, for first 10 people. Add $60/$75 per each add’l adult. Children age 11-3yrs $25/$30, babies free.
