Your deluxe ceremony and French gourmet reception dinner for 10 people (OR add MORE guests!) at The Brentwood Restaurant and Wine Bistro.

Includes ceremony on beach + officiant/minister + French gourmet dinner reception + 1 photographer & enhanced images + music + fresh custom flowers + champagne/chocolate basket with fancy certificate + most of our popular Add-Ons + silk flowered bamboo tikis + rain location at restaurant + unique sand ceremony + sand art heart + custom vows + Triton shell horn blowing:

Prime Season Pkg: $2100 (between May 27 - Sep 5) for 10 people (you may add guests),
Off-Season Pkg: $1950 (between Sep 6, 2016 - May 25, 2017) for 10 people (you may add guests),
ADDITIONAL GUESTS after first 10 people:
Adults - age 12 = $75 each (Prime), OR $60 each (Off);
Kids ages 11 - 3 yrs = $30 each (Prime), OR $25 each (Off);
Babies ages 2-0 = free!

Retainer minused from total: $1050 (if for 10 people only, higher for more than 10 people). Balance due 30 days prior to wedding date.

CEREMONY ON THE BEACH OR AT THE BRENTWOOD either in the gazebo on the lawn or the veranda, or on the sand at North Myrtle, Sunset or Ocean Isle Beach. Other ceremony locations also welcome. Includes a FREE rain location alternative at The Brentwood!

FRENCH GOURMET RECEPTION DINNER by an Iron Chef winner, Eric Masson, at historic Brentwood Restaurant and Wine Bistro in Little River SC, for 10+ people for 3 hours. Magnifique! This basic gourmet dinner includes hord’oeuvres, salad, your choice of filet mignon/ poultry/ fish entree (consider elegant upgrades: delicious lobster, scallops, grouper, veal, lamb), choice of vegetable side, coffee/tea/soft drinks/water.

Package fee includes taxes, gratuities, PRIVATE DINING ROOM with fireplaces, chandelier, white table LINENS and historic restaurant decor (floral decor available with our florist or Brentwood’s florist). Child’s menu or vegetarian/ gluten-free/ dairy free menus available too. Regular dining rooms which seat up to 22 people also included, however larger groups require additional fee for the largest room or The Garden Pavilion.

Popular upgrades from this basic package are: champagne toast, wine/ alcohol drinks, seafood hor d’oeuvres, grouper, lobster, veal, lamb, wedding cake/dessert, or a rehearsal dinner with a different menu.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER, MARGO ROSS SEARS A reliable and talented journalistic photographer with years of experience and as a professional artist and photographer. She puts your images on USB flashdrive, mailed to you, images get full artistic edits, with thumbnail sizes for sharing, and letter of permission to print. All pictures on this website are by Margo! Click here to see more photo samples and info. Includes up to 90 minutes shooting time and 150+ images all fully edited, of ceremony and group photos.

In the event Margo is not available on your date, we offer you a choice of one of our outside professional photographers for same fee and similar services.

OFFICIANT/MINISTER Enjoy our unique, calming, romantic and genuinely caring officiating service, who uses YOUR dress code.

UNIQUE SAND CEREMONY in keepsake heart-shaped glass bottle and cork-include guests, family or just the couple. We gather the sand under each person’s feet, mix in our large seashell, then the couple pours it together into the pretty bottle with blessings!

SAND ART HEART We groom & imprint the sand by hand into a heart shape bordered with several seashells, plus hang the colorful Triton shellhorn on a cast-iron hook to one side. Couple stands inside the sand art heart as sacred space.

CELTIC STONE TOSSING Releasing the old ceremony! Guests throw too or just the couple-Blessings or Quote spoken while each stone is thrown into the ocean waves.

IN-LAWS/ GUESTS/CHILDREN’S SUPPORT VOWS (Optional) they say “I do” together in unison in support of your marriage or of accepting their new family member.

MEMORIAL (optional) for loved ones who cannot attend; your choice of how and when we do this part.

TRITON CONCH SHELL HORN ANNOUNCEMENT by minister, (laughs & giggles included), a unique heralding of your new marriage in an ancient maritime tradition!

CEREMONY PRINTED on formal paper in a binder for you to keep.

FILING of your marriage license with the court.

MUSIC Your choice from over 100 selections on our 40w PA system, or we play your ipod or cellphone playlist, -OR-

LIVE FLUTE SERENADE David plays the Native American style Love Flute for you.

FRESH FLOWER BOUQUET Gorgeously designed by your dress, preferences and colors from 25-years professional florist (optional matching bridesmaid bouquets/boutonnieres/corsages available for purchase too)

BOUTONNIERE for the groom and matches bride’s bouquet.

ROSE PETALS Fresh ones, on the sand or as confetti (depending on wind conditions).

6 BAMBOO TIKI TORCHES WITH SILK FLOWER FLAMES: *AVAILABLE ONLY IN THIS PACKAGE!* Arranged 3 on each side of the sand art heart, or along your aisle. About 4 feet tall, each has fire-colored (yellow/orange/bit of red) silk flowers bursting from the top and 2 wide white ribbons streaming from the neck (FYI open flame is illegal on these beaches).

MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE A lovely, framable, keepsake certificate with signatures, our gold foil seal and notched corners size 8.5″x 11″.

CHAMPAGNE OR SPARKLING CIDER OR RED WINE OR WHITE WINE and two glass flutes to keep in…

SWEET HONEYMOON BASKET, We hand assemble this-your choice of Godiva dark, milk, or white chocolate; saltwater taffy; the above drink with those flutes; a fancy keepsake wall Certificate; handcrafted-by-Margo kissing-moon honeybase soap; a real Carolina whelk seashell; candle in a glass jar; wooden matches; in a colorfully decorated basket with a fluffy bow!

BASKET UPGRADE 1 - all of original Honeymoon basket, BUT substitute all 3 Godiva chocolate bar flavors, and a finer drink (Brentwood Label maybe?) and fancier basket decor with candle, matches, soap and whelk shell: add $25 (MUST order this upgrade at least 1 week in advance)
BASKET UPGRADE 2 - upscale larger basket, premium Godiva gold-box chocolate truffles box in all flavors, your choice of fine alcohol (Brentwood Label maybe?) or 2 non-alc’s, 2 soaps, finer candle, matches, romantic and beachy souvenirs, more NICE seashells, fine glass flutes, plus fanciest basket decor: add $45 (MUST order this upgrade at least 3 weeks in advance)

When available, we serve 75+ other beaches and locations with a Travel Fee* ($25 & up). HOWEVER it’s not encouraged for Brentwood package, due to long distance for guests to drive to reception after ceremony
